Smoking is not permitted inside the cottages. A cot and high chair are available on request.

The lounge has a flat screen TV with digital freeview, DVD and cd/radio player. The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. Stable door leading to rear patio and scenic views.

The smaller of the cottages, Mallabay sleeps two and was designed with couples in mind. French windows lead into a cosy open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

Heating is by means of an electric stove and panel heaters

The staircase leads up to a galleried master double bedroom (complete with flat screen TV) and en-suite shower room with electric shower.

Outside there is a private patio area with garden furniture and small lawned garden with uninterrupted views over the hills As the cottage faces South west the patio is a real sun trap with wonderful sunsets.
