Outside there is ample parking, a private patio area with furniture and a lawned garden area. As the cottage is South-West facing the patio area is a real sun trap with wonderful sunsets.

The lounge has a widescreen TV with digital freeview, DVD and cd/radio player. The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge and freezer

A turning galleried staircase leads upstairs to one double bedroom, one twin room, a single room and a house bathroom. Cornlee is heated by oil fired central heating and has an electric stove.
